This is one of my experiments. I tried to get a number of different themes running on only one instrument. At one point there are three melodies that actually cross over each other, but once started on one you never seem to skip to the 'wrong' one.

The Last Druid
At one time it was possible to actually go and touch the stones at Stone Henge. I remember doing so as a child and feeling a curious chill.

A Boy At Amesbury
A small boy skips into the ancient stone circle and slowly becomes fascinated by the mystical ambience. The stones in turn absorb the boys exuberence and become a little less oppressed by their own great age.

The Devil's Tea Party
The melody for this originally came to me in the late 1990s but it languished in my musical bits box for some years. Yoshimi now gives me voices and effects to really do it justice. I hope it suitably scares you.

Looking For Atlantis
Rather like 'Night Wind', this was played off straight after a late night session. This time I then separated the accompaniment from the melody and later added bass and other parts. I tried to keep a light hand as I felt that this tune could be very easily over worked.

I have tried to capture the sense of mystery surrounding this ancient Peruvian city. Why did they leave? Where did the go? The Spaniards never found the site but it has been empty and derelict for centuries. Why?

The Visitors
They travel the cosmos looking for civilisations to communicate with, but are shy and nervous. After a seemingly brief exchange, they leave to continue their wistful search.

A theme for so many stories that contain these elements. I used to play this just to myself on any keyboard that came to hand, and finally got around to recording it.
